TF1 Group is protecting its online reputation with Blue Efficience, a company specializing in combating the misuse of brands, logos, and faces. The proliferation of fake news and fraudulent ads on social media created using content belonging to TF1 Group or using the image of the group’s iconic figures led the company, headed by Rodolphe Belmer, to establish a partnership with Blue Efficience in order to protect the group’s image and preserve its audience’s trust.

Successfully conducted for several months, this initiative has confirmed the growing importance of digital identity protection for companies and institutions, against a backdrop where France is increasingly targeted by foreign interference and where the growing use of artificial intelligence acts as a force multiplier.

Blue Efficience’s service processes over a thousand posts per month, allowing companies, media outlets, and public figures to safeguard their image online by detecting and neutralizing infringements, specifically disinformation, abusive ads, and content hijacking (photos, videos, and fake or AI-generated images). Founded in 2008, the French company Blue Efficience also protects audiovisual and cinematic works against illegal distribution via streaming and downloading.
